Villa Peace is a new villa located in Hisarönü in the Fethiye region. Our villa, which has a modern and comfortable design, has a capacity of 8 people and has 4 bedrooms. Our villa has pool heating. Our guests can easily use the pool with retractable awnings. The villa is covered with grass wires and made suitable for sheltered and conservative families. NOTE: An extra 3000 TL cleaning fee is requested for rentals less than 5 nights. NOTE: Pool heating is optional and is activated for 1,500 TL per day. NOTE: There is a baby bed and high chair in our villa. NOTE: There is a retractable system in the outdoor pool of our villa. Bedrooms: 1st Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, air conditioning, bedside table, jacuzzi, wardrobe, bathroom & toilet and exit to the balcony. 2nd Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, air conditioning, bedside table, wardrobe, bathroom & toilet and exit to the balcony. 3rd Bedroom: 2 single beds, air conditioning, nightstand, wardrobe, bathroom & toilet and exit to the balcony. 4th Bedroom: 2 single beds, air conditioning, nightstand, wardrobe, bathroom & toilet and exit to the balcony. Living Room: There is a modern seating group, air conditioning, coffee table and TV in the living room. There is a shared toilet. There is an exit to the pool floor and an exit to the backyard. Kitchen: There is a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, Turkish coffee machine, toaster, oven, microwave oven, 4-burner stove and tea maker (kettle) in the modern American kitchen. There is also a washing machine, iron, baby bed, high chair and hair dryer. Internet: There is Wi-Fi in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region, interruptions may occur due to internet service providers. Internet use; e-mails, social media accounts, newspapers and news sites, etc. are sufficient; however, it is not sufficient for uses such as watching movies and videos, downloading files. Pool: In the private garden, 4.5 m x 9 m in size; depth is 1.50 m. There are 6 sun loungers, 3 umbrellas, 2 swings by the pool. Garden: There are tables & chairs, children's playground, table football and barbecue in the garden. Important Information: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the villa rental price. No additional fee is requested. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services, health etc. insurances are not included in the prices. Our villa is regularly disinfected. Despite this, there is a possibility of butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the surrounding area. There are no hygiene consumption needs (toilet paper, food/beverage etc.) in the villas. *General note for all villas in the Hisarönü region*: Due to high demand; There may be situations such as electricity and water outages, voltage drops, infrastructure and construction work in our villas in the Hisarönü region. Damage Deposit: A deposit of 5,000 TL is taken at the entrance for damage, loss, breakage, spillage etc. If there is no problem such as breakage, damage or loss upon exiting the villa, the deposit is refunded. About Pool Heating: The maximum temperature that outdoor pools with heating can reach is 28°C. Especially in outdoor pools, the pool water heats up to a maximum of 26°C depending on the weather conditions between the beginning of November and the end of March.
